Yes until you pass. While you’re alive you can add new memories and context to memories you upload anytime. After passing, legacy contacts can upload tributes, which are tagged as second-person memories that the Echo will not use to modify it's behavior, then ensures the Echo stays historically accurate.

Yes. They can call, speak, or text through web or mobile. The Echo responds instantly, tells stories, and can surface related photos or videos during the conversation. It is meant to be an interactive and emotionally connected experience.

We are architected for HIPAA-adjacent protections and are completing a GDPR compliance audit before EU launch. Certification status is available on request.

You complete guided voice- and video-recording sessions, plus upload written and visual memories. We also ask similar questions to designated loved ones to ensure that your After Echo represents a true version of you and not just the version you or others see but a true mix of both. The system maps speech patterns, favorite phrases, and contextual metadata into a lightweight “personality overlay” on an existing language model.

Traditional memorials are static. An Echo is interactive — family and friends can ask follow-up questions and hear answers in your own cloned voice and style in real time. As you continue to upload photos, memories and the platform ingests data from integrated social accounts you will be able to provide context building out a deeper profile and memories for your family once you pass.

Plan on 2–3 hours of recordings plus media uploads. Most users finish onboarding in a weekend, and initial AI training completes within about 24 hours.

Planned pricing: $299 setup + $25/month as you continue to upload new memories and keep your legacy up to date. After you pass, designated family members will get free access for 90 days. They can then continue by choosing a plan. (Subject to finalization.)

All files are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access follows a zero-trust model with separated encryption keys and regular security audits.

Onboarding is guided: click “Record,” answer prompts, and upload files. A concierge option is available where a specialist walks you through everything on a video call.

After Echo is a platform where you record stories, voice, video, photos, and values so an AI version of you can interact with loved ones after you pass away or if you lose cognitive abilities.
